Todd McCollum biography

Todd has been an active PACRAO member since 2002 and involved with OrACRAO and AACRAO since 1992. Prior to his current term as PACRAO president he served as secretary on the 2008-2010 executive boards and on the 2008 Local Arrangements Committee.

Todd's higher education career has been entirely within the Oregon private sector, chiefly overseeing branch campus enrollment activities. He is currently director of enrollment services for Linfield College's Portland Campus overseeing admission, financial aid and registration and records activities. His career began as director of enrollment at Western Evangelical Seminary, which later merged with George Fox University where he served variously as director of enrollment for their Portland Center, director of graduate admissions, and college registrar.

Todd holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Oregon State University and master of arts in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.

His wife Betsy is a clinical project manager for Providence Health & Services. Both Todd and Betsy enjoy cycling in their spare time. They have two sons, Ian and Andrew, both graduates of PACRAO colleges.
