This award represents a significant contribution to PACRAO via service on committees or service as a member of the Executive Board. This award is given to honor those who made significant and/or sustained contributions to the association beyond their first years as a member. The award may be given to more than one member annually. The Past President solicits nominations from the membership and forwards names to the Executive Board for consideration. The Executive Board decides on the annual recipient(s) to be honored at the annual meeting. Members who have served on the Board within the past three years are not eligible for this award.
