With over 22 years of experience in higher education administration, Lisa is an innovative change leader with expertise in project management, organizational learning, team building, strategic implementations, workplace research, and process analysis. She serves as the principal executive and operational manager for the Sacramento Campus Office of the Registrar. Lisa directs and provides senior project leadership on special projects and system implementation. In addition, she coordinates and supervises the execution of university-wide initiatives and the launch of new academic programs across all three University of the Pacific Northern California campuses. Lisa also serves as adjunct faculty in the University of the Pacific's Benerd College, teaching in the Mater's in Leadership, Organizational Innovation and Change program since 2024. Lisa is actively engaged in the higher education community serving on various committees and as a regular presenter for the Pacific Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (PACRAO). She is currently a faculty member for the Association's Leadership Development Institute. She has previously served as Audit Committee Chair, Nominations and Elections Committee Member, and the Local Arrangement Committee Chair. Additionally, she has presented at the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) annual conference and served as a writer for AACRAO Connect. She holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership and Innovation from the University of the Pacific, a Master’s in Education in Organizational Learning & Effectiveness, and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Social Psychology.

Jenny Diaz
Cori Horne
Title: University Registrar Institution: Weber State University
Cori Horne (she/her) is University Registrar at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. She has worked in higher education for over a dozen years, with a special focus on open-access institutions. A first-generation student herself, she also teaches in the First Year Experience Program at Weber State University. She began her career as English faculty and holds a terminal degree in Creative Writing with a Poetry emphasis from the University of Arizona. She loves that registrars and their teams can greatly influence student success, and has been proud to bring an equity lens to her work in reducing barriers for students. She served as 2020 and 2021 conference chair for her state professional organization, the Utah Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Offices (UACRAO), and on the 2022 Nominations and Elections Committee for PACRAO. She was a member of the Leadership Development Institute’s 2020 cohort, and is thrilled to rejoin the program as Associate Faculty this year.

Christine Lee
Title: Associate Registrar - Admissions Institution: Thompson Rivers University
With 20 years of experience in higher education spanning curriculum support, international partnerships, and sessional teaching, Christine is currently situated in the Registrar’s Office. Her current role, leading a team of dedicated admissions professionals in supporting learner journeys into higher education, perfectly marries her interests in developing people and utilizing good tools - and along the way finding ways to do things better.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, a Bachelor of Law from Queens University, and a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Calgary.

Andrew McNeill
Title: Registrar and Accreditation Liaison Officer Institution: Wester Seminary
With over a decade of experience in higher education spanning academic administration, systems implementation, accreditation, and registrar services, Andrew McNeill currently serves as Registrar and Accreditation Liaison Officer at Western Seminary. In this dual role, he is committed to institutional effectiveness, operational efficiency, and the development of high-performing teams. His professional interests center on organizational coaching, team collaboration, and building systems and cultures that enable people to do their best work.
Andrew holds a B.S. in Business and Organizational Leadership and a BA in Theological Studies. He is in the final stages of completing his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the International Coaching Federation, with a focus in team dynamics and development, organizational health, and change management.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys competitive pinball, traveling with his partner and their pup, Pippin, and building his vinyl record collection.

Audra McQuarie
Title: Vice President, Registrar Institution: University of Phoenix
Audra McQuarie is the Registrar at University of Phoenix and has assumed this role since 2008. With almost 25 years of experience in higher education with University of Phoenix, she has had the opportunity to serve in various leadership roles at both the local campuses and central university administrative offices. As Vice President, Registrar at University of Phoenix she has made her focus on process efficiencies that enhance the student experience, and these efforts have resulted in the University being recognized with two process excellence awards by the Southwest Alliance for Excellence for the Registrar’s Office degree conferral and quality control processes.
Audra is actively involved in the higher education community speaking at conferences and serving on various committees for the Pacific Association of Collegiate Registrars, Admissions Officers and American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers and National Student Clearinghouse. She recently served on the PACRAO Board as the Vice President of Diversity Development and will begin her second year as a Leadership Development Faculty member for the 2023-2024 cohort.
Audra holds a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies from The University of Arizona and a Master of Educational Counseling in Human Relations from Northern Arizona University. In addition, she recently completed the Organizational Leadership Specialization from Northwestern University.

Arturo Torres

Arturo Torres, University Registrar at Central Washington University, has over 18 years of experience in higher education. His focus and expertise are in change management, team building, and faculty collaboration. In addition, a strong background in policy review, interpretation, and implementation. First-generation, neo-traditional student looking to enhance student access and the student experience in higher education. With a bachelor’s degree in public administration law enforcement and a master’s degree in public administration, non-profit management, Arturo understands the political and strategic planning necessary when working with state and federal government, university administrators, and the public. Arturo is committed to public service.
Arturo completed his Bachelor of Public Administration in Law Enforcement from Nevada State College in 2013 and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2015.
