The time has come to apply for the acclaimed PACRAO Leadership Development Institute, LDI.
Hello PACRAO Community,
It is time to begin to identify the 2019/2020 cohort of driven, committed and diverse individuals who are relatively new in their career and who hold positions in enrollment management-related professions from institutions that vary in location, size, and types. The application is now available and will only be open until Friday May 31^st, 2019.
We anticipate selecting 10-15 candidates to create the 2019-2020 LDI cohort. Selected candidates will be contacted by July 19^th, 2019. Please read the requirements and time commitments closely. Please submit your application as soon as possible. The LDI experience will expose Cohort participants to the possibility of a transformative experience that will provide critical knowledge that higher education leaders must possess in order to be effective in their roles.
The LDI, Leadership Development Institute, is a unique professional development opportunity aimed to diversify the higher education enrollment management profession.  Within a generation, a majority of Americans will come from populations that are currently underrepresented in higher education. PACRAO can play a key role in shaping every level of membership through leadership, professional development opportunities, and the creation of intentional streams of development that actively encourage a broader spectrum of professionals to engage and grow in the profession.
The LDI is committed to provide you a true professional development experience that will help you grow and develop into a stronger leader at your institution and in our profession.

• You will receive (at no cost to you) up to 12 books to read during the year.
• You will participate through 90-minute monthly meetings as a group with LDI faculty to discuss topics based on reading material. These monthly meetings will be set at a regular time each month (such as every first Friday from 1:30-3 pm).
• You will also be connected with one of the faculty members as a mentor who will meet with you on a regular basis during the year (meeting times set by both parties).
• You will be required to attend the 2019 PACRAO conference in Scottsdale Arizona, and participate in the face-to face cohort meeting Sunday morning prior to the opening session.
• If needed, scholarships are available for LDI members to cover the cost of PACRAO conference registration and potentially for room accommodations if willing to share with other LDI member.
