Hotel Reservations:
You can make your conference hotel reservations online. The online group code is: pacpaca.

Hotel reservation can also be made by calling the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel and Spa directly at 1-949-640-4000 or by calling the toll free number: 1-866-440-3375. Mention "PACRAO" when you make your reservation. The last day to make a reservation at the conference rate is October 8, 2009.

The Marriott Hotel requires a credit card to hold your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged at the time your hotel reservation is made. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you can change or cancel online. Please do so before midnight PST a day prior to your arrival to avoid any cancellation penalties.

Conference Dates:
The PACRAO 2009 conference begins on Sunday, November 1, 2009 and runs through noon on Wednesday, November 4, 2009. PACRAO members can reserve rooms several days prior to the conference (Tuesday, October 27, 2009 - Saturday, October 30, 2009) and four days following the conference (Wednesday, November 4, 2009 - Saturday, November 7, 2009) at the conference rate, if there is availability. You may need to call the hotel directly to make these arrangements. We encourage you to bring your family to Newport Beach. Plan on arriving early stay or stay few days longer to enjoy the various activities available to you - learn how to surf at one of the local beaches, have fun at Knott's Berry Farm or Disneyland, view the Newport Coast from a sunset cruise or take a trip to Catalina Island!

Pure Blue Spa:
The Newport Beach Marriott Hotel provides a full service spa for men and women. If you are interested in one of their spa treatments, you can make spa reservation online or by calling directly 1-949-720-7900.

Guests of the Marriott Hotel can take advantage of the "daily spa guest membership" for a daily PACRAO fee of $20.00. When you make your reservations with a spa staff representative, please identify that you are with PACRAO to receive the special discounted rate.

Daily guest membership includes unlimited use of the signature cold water foot baths, whirlpools, steam rooms, saunas, relaxation lounges, Spa wardrobe (bathrobes, slippers), private lockers, heated outdoor saltwater pool, body and beauty amenities and state-of-the-art fitness center.

Shuttle Service:
There is a complimentary shuttle service between the John Wayne Airport and the Newport Beach Marriott.

Discounted car rental rate has been arranged through Hertz Car Rental. To obtain the discounted rate at any Southern California Hertz Car Rental location, please provide the convention number (CV# 022L291) in the box labeled "discount" when you make your rental car reservations online or when you speak to a Hertz representative directly.
